“Go Fund Me” Project
The East Kootenay Behavior Intervention Program needs tablets in order to develop and implement behavior programming for individuals being supported. We are introducing an electronic data collection system in the New Year to best serve families of the East Kootenay region and your support is key! Would you consider donating to help us achieve our goal?
Your support allows for reduced operation costs and in turn allows individual funding to be used towards increased direct contact to children and individuals accessing services. You can help provide families within your community and individuals on the autism spectrum with the best possible support!
The East Kootenay
Behaviour Intervention Program
We provide behaviour intervention services to children 0 – 18years who have been diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability. While the program was designed for children with an autism spectrum disorder, other children who might benefit from the program include children with a diagnosis of ADD/ADHD, FASD and Down’s Syndrome. The program offers service to children throughout the region, both as an onsite program (Cranbrook and Fernie only) and an outreach program in all other areas of the East Kootenay.
Our Approach
Our program is based on the principals of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Individual programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each child.
